Lucid dream is dream with close eyes but feels like reality. Even after you got up. It is very enjoyable if in control. In normal Sufi have lot of this type of dreams. They have other type too, actually when a Sufi have such dream and he do something in it. It has happened actually.
General people can have such dreams in depression or other circumstances
